I. Papers needed for application
1. Original copy and duplicate of the business license;
2. Application for changes in registration signed by the chairman of the Board;
3. Original copy of resolutions of the Board of Directors:
In the case of making changes in enterprise nature, scope of business, duration of operation, registered capital or transfer of stock right, the following documents shall be submitted: namely, the original copy of the revised articles of association, document of approving making changes issued by the original examination and approval authority, duplicate one and original copy or the changed approval certificate. Besides, if the enterprise decides to reduce the registered capital, it shall have three public notices published in a newspaper at the provincial level three months ahead; in the case of transferring stock rights, transfer agreement, certificates of legally starting operations and certificates of bank credit of the transferee shall be submitted; the new certificate of enterprise site use right shall be submitted if the enterprise changes its residence; in the case of changes in chairman or vice chairman of the Board and general manager or vice manager, post-taking or post-relieving certificates and identity proof certificates of those in office and resumes of those from Chinese part (officially sealed by the appointing unit) shall be submitted.
