I. Papers needed for application
1. Application report;
2. Application and Registration form of a foreign investment enterprise signed by chairman and vice chairman of the Board (distributed by the appropriate registration authority);
3. Original copy of pre-approval notice of name of the enterprise (distributed by the registration authority);
4. Articles of association, original copy of documents of approval issued by the examination and approval authority and duplicate one and original copy of certificate of approval;
5. Original copies of feasibility study report;
6. Certificate for legally starting operations of the investor (no requirement for the investor in his/her own name);
7. Certificate of the investor¡¯s credit worthiness;
8. Name list of the Board of Directors, original copy of certificate of appointment for members of the Board of Directors and for general manager and vice manager, managers¡¯ employment acceptance letter, photocopy of their ID cards or passports, two photos of chairman of the Board;
9. Photocopy of certificate of enterprise site use right and house property ownership certificate
10. Original copy of approval document on special items for special business and photocopy of permit on special items.
