I. Papers needed for application
1. Application report;
2. Application and Registration form of foreign investment enterprise signed by chairman and vice chairman of the Board (distributed by the appropriate registration authority);
3. Original copy of pre-approval notice of name of the enterprise (distributed by the registration authority);
4. Original copy of documents of approval issued by the examination and approval authority and a duplicate and an original copy of certificate of approval;
5. Original copies of project proposals and approval documents;
6. Original copies of feasibility study report and approval documents;
7. Name list of the Board of Directors;
8. For Chinese partner: (1) photocopy duplicate of business license (officially sealed by the license-issuing authority); (2) original copy of certificate of appointment for members of the Board of Directors (commented and officially sealed in the case of state-owned or collective enterprises, approval documents issued by personnel bureau or organization with personnel management right needed for Party and government officers to hold a post; (3) resume (commented and officially sealed by the unit and photo pasted, photocopy of ID card;
9. For the foreign partner: (1) certificate of legally starting operations of the investor (no requirement for the investor in his/her own name); (2) certificate of the investor¡¯s credit worthiness; (3) original copy of certificate of appointment for members of the Board of Directors, photocopy of ID cards or passports
10. Original copy of employment acceptance letter of the general manager, his/her resume and photocopy of ID card;
11. Two photos of the chairman of the Board for conducting legal representative;
12. Photocopy of the residence lease and house property ownership certificate;
13. Original copy of approval document on special items for special business and permit on special business.
