I. Papers needed for application
1. Application report;
2. Original copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors;
3. Approval notice of establishing branch issued by the original registration authority;
4. Copy of People's Republic of China Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person (officially sealed by the original registration authority);
5. Registration form for applying for establishing branch signed by chairman and vice chairman of the Board (distributed by the registration authority);
6. Certificate of appointment to the person in charge of the branch and original copy of his/her resume and photocopy of his/her identity card;
7. Photocopy of the residence lease and house property ownership certificate
8. Original copy of certificate of funds allocation by the enterprise.
