I. Enterprises can, on their own, apply for or make changes in the Qualification Certificate in the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, or the Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Nanning City can act on their behalf.
II. Procedures of annual renew
1. Scope of annual check-up
Any import and export enterprise that applied for the Qualification Certificate in the previous year must take the annual check-up.
2. Time and procedures of annual check-up
In January to April, the enterprise shall go to the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for the application form, which shall be completed and officially sealed and submitted to the Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Nanning City for examination and verification. Once the form is has been examined and verified, the enterprise can go to the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for the annual check-up.
