The two forums for the 3rd Cross-Strait Common Market Symposium & the 4th Guangxi-Taiwan Economic and Trade Exchanges Conference were proceeding at 1:30 p.m. Jun 26 in Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center. Bearing in mind the theme of opening up and developing Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and creating new opportunities for Taiwan investors, a large number of famed persons and representatives of industrial and commercial circle had an extensive but profound discussion on opening-up and development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, Guangxi-Taiwan industrial cooperation mode, cross-Strait industrial cooperation, exchanges and cooperation on Guangxi distinctive manufacturing industry and other subjects. They will also be expected to reach certain consensus on development of Guangxi-Taiwan exchanges and cooperation mechanism. On the same afternoon, two introductory conferences for the cities that belong to Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and for Guangxi industrial parks were also held in Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center.
