Another traditional product of Yangmei Village is Yangmei pickled leaf mustard. With a manufacturing history of more than 100 years, it is made by the local farmers from leaf mustard with traditional techniques. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, local merchants took it down the river to Guangdong Province and even to Southeast Asia to be sold. Because of its special taste, it is well received at home and abroad. Now it has become a tourist product full of national characteristics and has been cherished by plenty of tourists. With a small annual production of 110,000 kg, its supply always falls short of demand so that it becomes even more precious. The steamed cake, the fermented soybean, and the pickled leaf mustard are the ”°Three Treasures of Yangmei”±.
