The most celebrated traditional festival of Jing people is Ha Festival, which is also called Changha Festival. In the language of Jing people, Ha means singing, and Ha Festival is the Singing Festival. Changha (singing Ha), bamboo dance and mono chord are said to be the three pearls of the traditional culture of Jing people.
Jing people are not much scattered, but their time to celebrate Ha Festival is not the same. In Wanwei and Wutou, Ha Festival is held on June 10th of the Lunar calendar, while in Shanxin it is held on Aug 10th and in Hongkan it is held on Jan 15th of the Lunar calendar. The festival lasts for three days.
