Shangli Yangdu Scenic District is in Shanli town, 29 kilometers away from Shanglin County. This is a plain that is full of idyllic style, traditional culture and historical lengends. The local government of Shanglin County has decided to set up a natural green district for the purpose of environmental protection. Farmers will use feed or fertilizer with environmental protectioin effection.
Yangdu Scenic District enjoys the name of ˇ°little Guilinˇ±. There are bueatiful green mountains and clear water, fantastic limestone caves and also famous stone tablets carved in Tang Dynasty. Xu Xiake, the adventurer in Ming Dynasty, once visited Yangdu for 50 days and writed a touring daily of 10,000 words.
