To ensure the smooth operation of the Green Passage for Key Investment Attraction Projects, increase the quality and efficiency of the follow-up service of the green passage, in accordance with Nanning¡¯s Implementation Regulations on Green Passage for Key Investment Attraction Projects, the operating rules are hereby formulated.
Article 1 Giving direction to the applicant in filling up the application forms.
Article 2 Collecting the materials supplied by the applicant or person involved in the project.
Article 3 Putting forward the comments of preliminary checking and the applicant¡¯s (project¡¯s) problems to be solved.
Article 4 Submitting the related materials for the application and the comments of preliminary checking to the director of the office of green passage.
Article 5 Based on the decision of the joint conference on green passage, the ¡°Green Passage Service¡± card shall be given to the investor of the project qualified for entering the green passage in the name of the joint conference on green passage, and the registration file shall be set up.
Article 6 Specific person shall be assigned to the project of green passage who shall help the applicant handle related certificates handling procedures.
Article 7 Timely gathering and submitting the materials of the projects in the green passage which need the coordination and problem-solving by Nanning Municipal Government.
Article 8 Timely gathering and submitting the materials of the other important projects of Nanning which need the coordination and problem-solving by Nanning Municipal Government.
Article 9 Preparing relevant materials or the conferences, attending the relevant conferences, preparing the meeting affairs, and take responsibility for preparing the summary of the conference.
Article 10 Assigning the leaders and responsible persons who shall follow up the projects.
Article 11 Contacting the Certificates Handling Group and Supervision Group, and providing relevant materials.
Article 12 Contacting the counties, urban districts, and development zones, and coordinating in assigning persons who shall provide follow-up service to the projects
Article 13 Generally, the follow-up service to the projects in the green passage shall be briefed in the form of bulletin every quarter, and in the special condition, report can be made any time or in the form of materials for the special topic.
Article 14 The Follow-up Service Group of the Office of the Green Passage shall be responsible for the above-mentioned work.
Article 15 The Office of the Joint Conference on the Green Passage shall be responsible for the explanation of the rules.
Article 16 The rules shall be effective as of the date of publishing.
